Cure Infertility With Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a healing therapy for uncountable number of health problems. It is believed to have originated in China and is more than 5,000 years old. It is practiced in many other countries including China as an alternative means of treatment. A close research on acupuncture and infertility shows that treatment depends from person to person. However, you should visit the doctor, state your problem and know what acupuncture fertility treatment is right for you. Suggest every detail of your physical condition to the doctor and then go for particular remedy. Whether you are suffering from low sperm count, bad quality egg, miscarriage problems, troubling ovulation or blocked Fallopian tubes, these has a remedy for all.
Acupuncture can effectively cure infertility, both in males and females, we shall know how. It is also competent in curing all infertility related problems like PMS, blocked fallopian tubes and amenorrhea. Along with herbal medications, as advocated by TCM or Traditional Chinese Medicine, it cures infertility in great many cases as since it addresses not any particular part or symptom but the body as a whole. The core of the structure was developed by Chinese Taoists more than 3000 years ago to help stimulate the flow of intrinsic energy within the body which revitalizes the organs and their functioning. It is done by inserting sterilized needles for the purpose of acupuncture at appropriate acupressure points of the body. This helps the blocked flow of energy to get released so that the body starts its normal reproductive process.
The beneficial factors in treating infertility by it in association with TCM (or if necessary with conventional system of treatment) include the following:
* It minimizes the undesirable side-effects and lowers toxicity from drug therapies and invasive procedures, both known and unknown.
* With this approach both the mind and the body of the patient is treated as a whole and not just the fallopian tubes, ovary, uterus, sperm or anything else. It actually promotes the natural healing process of the body to weed out the causes of infertility.
* Acupuncture strengthens and balances general health of the patient so that procedures like IVF, GIFT, ZIFT, AHT, ICSI or TET can become more effective and easier to achieve. Specific acupuncture along with herbal supplements can play a major part in improving the patient health and endocrine system balancing. It also helps in successful and faster pregnancy as well as in post natal recuperation.
* Wide and comprehensive use of it in treating infertility in most forms means that it is a totally traditional health care procedure that can be applied with or without the combination of Western medical approach.
The problem of Infertility both in men and women can be best treated through treatment methods based on the holistic approach which, like the Chinese method, treats the person and not the disease. It may involve changes in food habits, diet and also in the lifestyle to ensure a healthy life. There are useful herbs, lifestyle and chinese medications exercises involved in this holistic method. Apart from curing infertility forever, the alternative way of treatment turns one healthier both in mind and body and makes the person capable of living life in a better way.
How to Lower Your Blood Pressure
High blood pressure, also called hypertension, is a problem that affects a lot of people. Since hypertension seldom causes any symptoms in the beginning, many are unaware of that they even have a problem. But if nothing is done, the risk of serious health problems later in life increases dramatically.
Signs and symptoms of hypertension: No specific symptoms for diagnosing HT have been identified. Most patients are identified to have BP only on routine examination. Anyhow, headache, dizziness, palpitations and easy fatigability are some of the normal on going characteristic of elevated BP.
Reducing stress will also have an immediate impact on blood pressure. You can try meditation or breathing exercises, or simple audio cd’s that are designed to lower stress. There are many different stress reducing techniques, some more in depth than others. Getting sufficient amounts of sleep each night, in tune with the rise and setting of the sun, is also beneficial.
Another important method to help lower your blood pressure is to start exercising. People today have a much more sedentary lifestyle than they did 20 years ago. This is really showing in our waistline and our general health conditions. Get out and begin exercising. Take walks daily, join a gym, and lose that excess weight.
How to lower your hypertension naturally, effectively and quickly, is available now. Almost in every health problem, when you could discover the underlying causes and deal with them, you would be able to eliminate the main problem permanently. But most medications only deal with the symptoms and not the underlying causes.
Increase the potassium in your diet. Although not conclusive, new studies seem to suggest that eating a variety of foods high in potassium may offer some protection against getting high blood pressure. Reducing salt intake is always suggested as a means of lowering your blood pressure, but just as important may be keeping your body’s potassium and sodium levels in harmony with each other. Foods rich in potassium include lima beans, sweet potatoes, oranges, and bananas.
The best way to maintain healthy blood pressure is always through a healthy lifestyle. For most people, a number of changes are required. Try to do just one change at a time, trying to change everything at once seldom works.
Eat bananas – and other foods high in potassium! Foods that are loaded with potassium are great for reducing hypertension, when combined with some of the other tips mentioned here.
Get regular aerobic exercise. Anything that gets you moving and your heart rate comfortably elevated has a beneficial effect on hypertension. Your physician may be able to give you an exercise plan that suits your condition and current fitness levels. It’s important not to do too much too soon. There are some Eastern forms of exercise, such as yoga and Tai Chi, that seem to have good effects on blood pressure.
Exercise
It is well known that when you have a very sedentary lifestyle you can have more health issues. Just sitting around all the time watching TV or sitting in front of a computer can make your body out of shape. You need to get up and get moving. When you get your blood flowing it helps improve your overall health. So try to incorporate it least 30 minutes of exercise into your day at least three times a week.

There are many options out there but not all of them may be viable for your particular situations. Finding the best care option is not a simple task. With so many senior housing options available, it’s
easy to feel confused and overwhelmed by all the different kinds of communities.
It’s important to understand the differences between the many solutions that are out there so you can make the right choice for your loved one.
There are 4 high level categories of solutions available to you:
* In-Home Care
* Senior Community
* Senior Care such as Assisted Living or Nursing Homes
* Alternative Micro Communities
Based on the health of your loved one, there maybe a need to choose solutions that provide Alzheimer’s Care, or in certain situation a Hospice maybe the best solution. We’ll start by explaining what these options represent, or you can use the OurParents Care Options Advisor™ to help you better understand your options.
In Home Care
This is a good solution for seniors who can take stay at home, and receive applicable care in their own home. Care could be Home Health Care (medical,) i.e. doctor-prescribed provided by skilled personnel such as nurses or physical and occupational therapists, or Intermediate Care (non medical) such as transportation assistance, help with meals, light chores, companionship, etc.
Home Health Care (“Skilled Home Care Services”)Home health care agencies provide in-home skilled nursing and other home health care services, such as physical therapy and occupational therapy. Home health care agencies are licensed by the state, but must adhere to federal regulations as well. Home health must be prescribed by a physician. Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses
(LPNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) provide the care, sometimes in conjunction with other health professionals. These providers may also enlist the assistance of a home health aide who can
help with personal care such as bathing and using the toilet. Home health aides can also administer medication under the supervision of a nurse.
Intermediate Care (“Custodial Home Care Services”)This is a type of in-home nonmedical care provided in the home. It includes custodial care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing and providing medication reminders. Homecare workers are professionally trained caregivers who provide companionship and are responsible for maintaining a safe environment
for the person receiving care.
Homecare can be arranged without a physician’s order and is different from home health care, in that caregivers do not provide nursing care. For example, while they may provide medication reminders, they are not allowed to administer medication. Neither are caregivers housecleaners; although some light housekeeping may be necessary and appropriate, heavy housecleaning is normally not expected. In-home caregivers may provide care within a facility setting to help
supplement for extra needed care. Directed care services Programs and services, including personal care services, provided to persons who are incapable of recognizing danger, summoning assistance,
expressing need or making basic care decisions.
Personal care services
Assistance with activities of daily living that can be performed by persons w/o professional skills or professional training and includes coordination or provision of intermittent nursing services and the
administration of medications and treatments by a licensed nurse.Supervisory care services General supervision, including daily awareness of resident functioning and continuing needs, the ability to intervene in a crisis and assistance in the self-administration of prescribed medications.

Ion Detoxification
Ever increasing exposure to toxicity in and around us make ongoing periodic detoxification essential in order to maintain a healthier existence. The ion detoxification in combination with a healthy, low-stress lifestyle, provides a thorough and efficient way to maintain high energy levels and promote long-term wellness. You may be asking, “What on earth is Ion Detoxification?” Well it is simply a system which aids in total body purification, rebalancing the body at a cellular level. Treatments are considered by many practitioners to be a very effective way to balance, re-energize, and detoxify the body. Ion detoxification is an external detoxification method, which removes toxins through feet.
In today’s times we live in a very toxic environment. The pollution in the air, the chemicals in our food, the water we drink and even the clothes we wear. At any given moment you may be exposed to toxins and heavy metals. These toxins accumulate in the body and can be stored in your fat cells, which tend to want to hang on to them resulting in a greater increase of allergies as well as a whole range of mental and physical ailments.
When toxins build up over time, the body’s own methods of self-cleansing may fall behind. Basically, the body gets too acidic. About 95% of people in today’s modern culture have experienced a state of acidity meaning their bodies contain an excess of hydrogen ions, and their blood pH is lower than 7.45. Toxins produce free radicals which must be neutralized, and the cell gives up ions to remove them, forcing them to work even harder thus requiring more energy. Over time, cells can become so compromised, they stop functioning properly and begin to break down. This can put us at an elevated risk for various states of disease and dysfunction. Excessive toxin build-up may cause symptoms such as fatigue, memory loss, skin problems, lowered immunity and glands and organs that are overly acidic become diseased.
This is what it boils down to, the amount of minerals (alkalinity) has everything to do with health, because a body that is receiving an adequate amount of minerals is countering and neutralizing the excess acids we are subjected to. A properly alkalized body is a healthy body. Glands and organs that are overly acidic become diseased.
All you do is place the feet in a warm salt (to aid the conductivity of the water) foot bath along with the ion generator then sit back and relax!
The electrolytic flow (the flow of electrons) produces a bio-energetic field in the bath, allowing a gentle bio-energetic resonance to travel up the legs and through the body. Once ions have been conducted into the body, cells with naturally attract back the ions that they’re missing, stimulating and reactivating the cells, releasing built-up toxins and enabling the cells to perform effectively. This allows the body to restore health, enhance immunity, prevent pathogens, boost circulation, and ultimately renew the body and mind.
I’ve done a little research and most users I’ve read about experienced many of the following benefits:
Improved energy
Improved sleep
Improved immune systems
Improved digestion
Improved moods
Improved muscle strength and general skin condition
Improved blood pressure control
Improved reproductive function
Improved colds and bronchitis
Reduced symptoms of diabetes, liver disease and gout
Reduced inflammation and pain
While I am a big believer in the benefits of detoxification (having personally experienced them), I have to admit that I have not yet tried an Ion detoxification, however it on my list.
My question to you is: Have any of you tried the Ion Detoxification? If so, what was your experience with it? Please feel free to leave any comments.
